What’s the London iVenture Card?
The London iVenture Card is a sightseeing pass for the city of London. With this city card you can visit several top attractions free of charge, explore London by Hop-on Hop-off bus, cruise the Thames by boat and even have a meal in some restaurants.
Choose 3, 5, 7 or 10 from a total of 28 attractions with your iVenture Card. When purchasing the card, you decide how many sights you’d like to visit, and only when you’re in London you choose the specific attractions you want to see. Simply show your iVenture Pass at the checkout to gain admission.
Most customers save money with the London iVenture Card because this sightseeing pass is cheaper than buying single tickets to the most expensive attractions. You don’t even have to rush through London to make the city pass worthwhile. The iVenture Card is valid for a whole month.

Attention: Prices indicated in the table above are prices available online. For almost every attraction, tickets purchased online are cheaper than admission tickets at the box office. We think it makes sense to compare the London iVenture Card’s purchasing price with the online ticket prices in order to find out whether the city card is worthwhile for you.
Our Assessment of the Included Attractions
The selection of attractions included in the city pass is pretty good. The iVenture Card covers a wide range of London sights. However, there are some attractions missing that are popular with tourists – such as St Paul’s Cathedral, the London Eye or Madame Tussauds. Other city passes, such as the London Pass, cover even more attractions.
Contrary to the information on the iVenture website, you can hardly ever skip the line with this city card. For most attractions, you’ll have to queue at the box office just like other customers. But that’s true for all London City Passes. None of them offers fast track entry.
The biggest disadvantage of the London iVenture Card compared to other city passes is that you have to pick up a voucher at the iVenture office for many attractions. For example, you won’t get admission to Westminster Abbey without showing a voucher.
You will also have to make an appointment in advance for excursions and tours. Reservations can be made online via the iVenture portal or by telephone. However, this is not unusual.
Validity of the iVenture Card
Once you have purchased the iVenture Card online, you can exchange the voucher for the physical card in London within six months.
As soon as you receive the card, it will be activated and will be valid for one month. That’s sufficient time to visit up to 10 attractions.
The mobile pass can be activated online after purchase.
Is the iVenture Card Worth it?
The London iVenture Card is all the more rewarding the more attractions you can visit with it as the price per attraction decreases:
- 3 attractions: £69 = £23 per attraction
- 5 attractions: £99 = £19.80 per attraction
- 7 attractions: £129 = £18.43 per attraction
- 10 attractions: £169 = £16.90 per attraction
It follows that the iVenture Card is financially worthwhile if the attractions you want to visit are more expensive to buy individually than the purchase price of the iVenture Card per attraction. For example, if you buy the 5 Attractions Card, you should visit sights that are more expensive than £19.80 per attraction.
For example, you could use the following 5 offers:
- The View from the Shard: £25 – £27.20
- Tower of London: £24.70
- 24h Hop-on Hop-off Bus: £32.50
- London Bicycle Tour: £26.95
- Emirates Stadium Tour: £25.00
Paid separately, these attractions cost up to £136.35. The 5 Attractions Pass for £99 will save you £37.35. Your savings could be even higher if you visit even more expensive attractions or buy an iVenture Card that allows for even more attractions.
When Isn’t the iVenture Card Worth it?
The iVenture Card is not worthwhile for attractions that are cheaper to buy individually than the purchase price of the iVenture Card per attraction. With a 5 Attractions Pass you should therefore not use offers that cost less than £19.80 when purchased individually.
Unfortunately, there are some attractions that are not worth visiting with an iVenture Card. These include the Tower Bridge Exhibition, the Thames Cruise and the Jack the Ripper Museum.
The iVenture Card is also not worth it if you want to do a lot more sightseeing. Other city passes, such as the London Pass, include far more attractions.
Depending on which sights you want to visit, the London Explorer Pass may be more worthwhile than the iVenture Card. The attraction-based model is identical, but the purchase price of the Explorer Pass is slightly lower.
Where Can You Get the iVenture Card?
You can purchase the iVenture Card at the official iVentureCard.com website. After the purchase you’ll first receive a voucher, which you exchange for the physical card in London. When you pick up your voucher, you must present proof of purchase and identification.
You can pick up or buy the iVenture Card at the following locations:
Westminster Pier, Victoria Embankment, London SW1A 2JH
Open daily from 9.00 – 17.00 hrs.
Julia Tours and Tickets
120 Southampton Row, WC1B 5AB, London
Open daily from 9.00 – 18.00 hrs.
Upon collection you will receive a travel brochure with information on all participating attractions and contact addresses in addition to the map.
Alternatively, you can use the London iVenture Card on your smartphone. In this case you activate it online and later show only a QR code at the attractions. However, you’ll still have to visit Westminster Kiosk in order to receive the mandatory vouchers for some of the sights.
